IMPRESSIONS/QUICK REF FOR NYX SIRIUS/MIRACLE WISH

Once upon a time, Nyx Sirius was the gentle-hearted and all-loving heroine of a typical magical girl story - she was Miracle Wish and with her companions, Miracle Hope, Miracle Daydream, Miracle Wonder and Miracle Mirage, they fought to protect the kingdom of Miraculous. After almost losing all her friends to save the kingdom, Nyx's belief in the power of miracles waned. Darkness took over her heart and eventually, years after saving it, Nyx turned against Miraculous and destroyed it, creating the Calamity Kingdom in the process and calling herself the Calamity Princess.

In acting as a calamitous villain, Nyx only has one wish – for someone to show her a real miracle. To that end, she awakens a new group of Miracle Warriors in the sleepy seaside town of Sidereal Bay in the hopes that they might eventually be strong enough to rise up against her.

In Sidereal Bay, she poses incognito as Nyx Sullivan, a local artist who is quick to ingratiate herself with the local community and seek out anyone who can help her plans come to fruition – either as a Miracle Warrior or one of the monsters they must do battle with...

Nyx IS:

• A twenty year old cis woman, standing at about 5'6'' with a kind of Gentle Anime Oneesan Sort of build. She has a kind, elegant seeming face with blue eyes and dark purple hair that she typically ties back in a ponytail. When incognito as Nyx Sullivan, she wears a lot of floaty, soft lavender and grey fashions, chunky knit sweaters, mom jeans, that sort of thing, and typically has a paint stained smock on if you catch her at work. As her true self, Nyx is rarely seen outside of her transformed state as Miracle Wish. Imagine something approximately 85% Hatsune Kashiwazaki and 15% Akemi Homura and you've got the right idea.
  
• Gentle, kind and friendly, at least on the surface. As Nyx Sullivan, she presents herself as Just Your Typical Kind, Sweet And A Bit Mysterious Big Sister and very rarely lets people in much further than that.
  
• Ruthlessly cunning and willing to get her hands dirty.
  
• Extremely cautious about letting herself get attached to people
  
• Violently protective of the very few people she is attached to. Yandere Nyx is real and she CAN hurt you.
  
• Absolutely positively going through it, lads!!! She has a terrible inferiority complex combined with some impostor syndrome that, combined with the trauma of seeing her dearest friends die in front of her (even if they came back to life??), has turned her mental and emotional health into total garbage at all times.
  
• Skilled at/knowledgeable about everything the average person can reasonably be expected to be. An accomplished artist and skilled at painting.
  
• Blessed with the powers of 'quintessence' (raw magical energy) and 'miracles'. The latter allows her to completely overturn a situation to her own favor, but only if circumstances are dire enough to class as a 'calamity'.


Nyx IS NOT:

• Genuinely cruel, actively malicious or mean-spirited to the average person
  
• Scatter-brained, naive or uneducated
  
• Actually all that evil, despite all her efforts to convince everyone (including herself) otherwise.
  
• Invincible or unstoppable – her control over miracles makes her a formidable opponent but she can be stopped.
